Depression Hotlines and Websites To Help
Consider This Before Calling or E-mailing
E-mail depression hotlines are great for non-urgent situations, because a turn-around time for responses through e-mail may be delayed when comparing it to calling. Although, if you're going through a crisis, a phone call can help you right away. Please note that these people are here to help you and cannot administer medication to aid in severe situations. The numbers below are all toll-free numbers, which means you don't have to pay for the call. Most are open 24 hours a day and have been categorized accordingly to assess the proper situations.
